• ok,the teenagers that used to roam wivenhoe and the shipyard were finally happy that they built a skate park....a s##t 1! its alright, it consits or: flatbank, into funbox into quater, they also have a grind box which most chavs mistake it for a "bench". if ur thinking of comming down then thers about a meter gap near the spiral, and we juts got loads of wood frokm the sailing club so thers a bit of a ghetto down the spiral now, just 1 warning, the person who said there were no cameras at the 7 set, there is!ha 2 boys and a girl got caught on it and the guy that works there now goes down every day at about 6 ish so watch out
• the best place to skate used to be the shipyard but it got knocked down and in the kig greoge park theres now a small skate park
• There is now a skatepark at last after abut 10 years of waitin the council hav finaly done som thing for the youth of wivenhoe. Its rght on the othr side of the King George but easy 2 c
• Gotta contradict the dry dock recommendation... too many eyes watching ya. Miserable bunch of f*ckers
• The spiral(next to the barrier), theres some quite cool stuff there like a 7 set if you can break into the barrier complex (no cameras) and you can do stuff off the spiral itself. THeres also a new concrete ramp the BMXers just made in the shipyard which is ok for rock fakies ubt its super steep and has no coping.
• Right...an ok place in wivenhoe is the dry dock on a new housing place..Goto Video Paradiso(video rental place) and opposite is a road...follow it down and then take the left turn that goes onto some thick gravel(unskateable) and take the right over a long speed bump and your there. The people living there only complain if you leave rubbish. Theres some nice 1.5m grates to ollie over, 3 curbs as stairs and other stuff like benches and waxed curbs, not bad as not many people have used it - empty! - :D

• the shipyard is full of BMXers and a couple of skateboarders. There is always some kind of ramp or wallride there even if it is changed everyday. You will also find an area with steps and lots of other street shit around here.
• There are no official skate spots in Wivenhoe but there is a BMX track in the woods.Also there is a big rope swing which is great fun.
• The outside of the co-op after it's closed
