Tattooists, piercing, headshops, etc

You can tell us more about Worksop.

Alternative Lifestyle
  • Pauline in the Red Lotus shop on bridge street is the only decent piercer person in worksop.
  • Body alter not been the same since Paddy left good one on Carlton Road though
  • the ONLY piericng and tattoo shop to go to is the body alter one, new image are dodgy and sams is shite, up their own arses. paddy and jason will sort ya out! oh and they sell head shop things as well. been pierced there loads and never had a problem, p.s paddy has a nice irish accent as well rather than a worksop scrubber one sooo sooooothing!
  • Equilibrium-it smells fantastic!!!
  • New Image will pierce anything with money in any place and Body alter have certain health and safety rules. Id go for the latter
  • There are a couple of tattoo places in worksop, I have seen the work they do and it is passable. However the cleanliness of the shop leaves a little to be desired. Personally chose to go to a larger place with white walls. For advice on a one to one level on the "Alternative Life" I would suggest spending an evening at the public house- 30 Carlton Road- The Frog and Nightgown. It may be a squalid little hole but the intentions behind all the inhabitants are pure. Whether you're after tattooing, piercing, flame-eating or just want to find yourself a band member, most people at the frog have either gig experience or think that they have! Live rock bands on most weekends, the lead singer of Iron Maiden and Slash from Guns n roses have both got very drunk in there.
