Places that need to be levelled

You can tell us more about Worksop.

Demolish It Now Building
  • Town Hall and all who sail in her.
  • Hope the charity that supports druggies, should be called hope for the helpless.
  • ikon yeaaaaaaaaaaaaa haha
  • Town Hall will save us a fortune unless they re build it
  • ALL OF WORKSOP BULLDOZED AND STARTED AGAIN.
  • i would like to seee godfrys court go ,, there is one person that would not be missed
  • Sandy Lane Flats
  • hmmmm i'd like to see the cancal flats, housing, manton and well most of worksop as flat as a wall on a new built house (theres no starte walls in worksop)
  • Worksop leisure center
  • at leasthalf of the 1000000charity shops
  • the ikon and woolworths would have to be flattened too
  • Regal cinema.
  • Netherholme or is it now the Priory Centre...makes Eastern Europe look positively like Vegas!
  • The new residential estate built on the old quarry... it's gonna sink one day, you do know that don't you?
  • Which ever building that twat gillfoyle is in at the time.
  • worksop college
  • valley, any know what aspesthos is children?
  • its just been built, but it has to come down. I refer to that Mausoleum that some idiot has erected at the Blyth Road end of the Baulk. How did he get planning permission? Its the ugliest house on the planet, no style, no harmony. Totally out of keeping with the rest of the street, and blocking out the light for everything around. Seems like its been put together by a team of dyslexics, who can't stand each other. They started off with a 'block of flats' design, then went for the country look, then changed again and went forthe 'architect' look. And what's that hideous contraption on the front? A porch? You jest surely....in short its so foul that just about every house around it has suddenly come up for sale. Mind this might be because of the jumped up buffoon who commissioned it; looks a right creep. Its foul, and it looks just like a workhouse. Just a minute...
  • The ex-Labour Party headquarters opposite the old Gasworks on Church Walk. opposite the Fisherman's Arms. Our old MP Joe 'Sauna' Ashton, in his autobiography congratulates himself on his skill and acumen in buying the building in 1904 or something for a pittance, stating proudly 'What is it worth now'. Well, not a lot Joe. Its falling down, windows knocked out, its stupid shape means that it wouldn't even convert into two flats (mind, who'd want them - magnificent view of three huge brick walls and contaminated wasteland)) and before you even start converting it, you'll need a new roof, new floors, new windows, a new door, and the druggies clearing out. Thanks Joe,its worth absolutely nothing.
  • Half of the buildings in Manton, some of prospect/kilton.
  • Tesco so needs a re fit
  • Regal cinema, Smiths flower mill, Market Place, relocate in Memorial Avenue car park. Halfords, it should be on an industrial estate
  • HAS TO BE THE SKATEPARK DEMOLISH IT AND BUILD A NEW ONE ON VALLEY ROAD WHERE THE TENNIS COURT IS!
  • Town Hall, its out of character as it is modern compared to the rest of the town centre (I wonder why this should be?). Oh & the two gerry-built leisure (?) centres.
  • niteclub
  • 99% OF MANTON 80%OF KILTON 60%OF PROSPECT 30%OF GATEFORD AND ALL THE SANDY LANE FLATS AREA. A HUGE SHOUT OUT TO A.A.GRUNDI MY HERO
  • get rid of the football court at the side of the canch skate park
  • The unicorn - full of twats!
  • Valley School!!!!!!!!!wait it is gona b!
  • Worksop Tesco. The store looks ugly and has anyone notice the ceiling. It looks like a rat run.
  • Regal cinema. I'm sure things live in the seats
  • WORKSOP
  • Valley Comprehensive Skool and we all no y????
  • Can I only choose one? In that case, it'll have to be Queen's Buildings - a truly heinous construction in every sense.
  • Smiths flour mills, ugly.
  • The Flats Up Prospect
  • Manton, Sandy Lane, and that **** hole near Shireoaks Rhodisea doesn't matter if that's not spelt correctly as most of the people there can't spell anyway. I drove through there once. Single Mothers, Inbreds, Nova Boys, all getting ready for that trip to McDonalds car park later that evening.
  • ITS GOT TO BE SANDY LANE FLATS, ITS FULL OF SMACK HEADS.
  • ALL KILTON AS THATS WERE THE SMACKHEADS FIRST CAME FROM NOT MANTON
  • Listen to me ... PLEASE FOR GODS SAKE NUKE ALL OF WORKSOP PLEASE!!!!! ... Perhaps if we renamed it Baghdad ... the americans would get confused ... and then ...
  • Everything within 2 miles of the town centre
  • The blocks of flats near town (nr B&Q) are in desperate need of a makeover.
  • The lot of the flats at SANDY lANE.well these flats sum worksop up don't they..........heroin addicts..........squatters.
  • Please call off the demolition squad for 'The house on Carlton Road' (the one with the rusty scaffolding on it)I can now confirm that the scaffolding has been removed, indeed it was removed shortly before Easter 2001. Apparently it was not up for 20 years and there is a long story attached to why it did remain in place for so long.
  • No need to demolish anything - the Fench Horn, Canal Tavern, Victoria hardware, Halfords and several others are all boarded up...if you wait long enough they'll just fall down.
  • Neto, Aldi, all charity shops and Birds (supposed to be a butchers Pah!)
  • All the buildings at the back of the carpark. Has anyone else noticed how scruffy they look. Looks like its going to fall down any day now. U know where i mean, at the back of that chippy, taxi rank, carpet shop. just look up next time ur exiting the carpark.
  • All of the buidings in worksop...we wont miss them
  • Worksop cinema
  • Town Hall and all who work there.
  • Mayfair centre. Now for sale at £300,000, down from a recent £500,000 which in turn was down from the £3 million it cost to build, less than 8 years ago, Depreciation? If it was your car you'd have scrapped it years ago.. Graham Oxby (Council Leader) thinks that the latest £300,000 bid is great value for the taxpayer. Oxo, you are either a bigger buffoon than you look, or your maths is shyte. By the way you scruffy layabout, when are you going to invest in belt to hold up your sagging jeans, or are you just hung like a Rhino?
  • Each and every one - aside from the Priory, and it's gatehouse. Oh, and the Vicarage - although I'm not certain if Father Andrew Wagstaff would care too much if he didn't have a house to live in in Worksop anymore. Go on, Father! Why don't you tell them what you really think of 'Kelly, Netto Queen'!!!
  • Why is Bassetlaw Hospital so ugly? Mind, once you're inside you're in no position to appreciate the architecture. Great nurses, good standard of caring.
  • The house on Carlton road - lovely inter war job; or rather it was before the looney owner clad it scaffolding, some 20 years ago; now its rusted in position and he can't take it down. Steady work fella....
  • most of the place to be honest.
  • The huge red brick monstrosity that passes for the the Council offices. A listed building was flattened to make way for it, and it also took up half of a thriving market square. (market has never recovered) Incredibly, they somehow managed to get the Queen herslf to open it (hence Queen's Buildings). She must be blind or just terminally stupid - its the ugliest building I've ever seen. What's more all the scrounging Mantoners spend most of their day there, leaving their orange-badge cars outside and making Potter Street unpassable.
  • Town Hall and Queen's Buildings - along with occupants
  • Ah yeah- the Mayfair Centre and the Regal. Am i allowed 2 buildings? Guess so!
  • Council offices. Huge red brick monstrosity, peopled by a bunch of losers passing for a council. Alarmingly, it was opened by the Queen. It took up two thirds of what was once a thriving market.
  • That new estate at the top of Sparken Hill called 'Bentinck Court'. Ignorant yuppies abound. It was much better when it was a wildlife haven. Why does weveryone tell us that the recent (and ongoing) building boom is bringing jobs to the town? If so, then why do all the phone numbers of those doing the building have Nottingham and Chestefiled prefixes?
  • The entire town centre
  • The Mayfair Centre. Built Recently, already closed and boarded up.
  • THE WHOLE OF DUNSTAN CRESENT - WOT A HELL HOLE
  • ALL OF WORKSOP - VISIT RETFORD - JUST AS BAD BUT WITHOUT MANTON. MANTON WOOD = SILLY ATTEMPT TO GIVE THE MANTONERS JOBS - NOT A CHANCE THEIR STILL OFF THEIR HEADS
  • That scrufy house on Almond grove which has had a pile of bricks and sand outside for 15 years.
  • The town.
  • The Building I'd like to see demolished is the regal! My Auntie has a bigger widescreen than their wimpish 14" t.v. And they never have anything decent until it's out on video and I think they just go across the road and rent it out from movietime.RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  • all of the crabtree Estate
  • DINNINGTON SCHOOL
  • Unicorn, it must be destroyed. Also the town hall could do with coming down (along with the MP's in there)
  • st johns church
  • DESTROY MANTON PLEASE!!!!
  • Please level out the floors above Woolies. And Manton
  • Hartland School, Valley School, Portland School.
  • Valley School (because everyone hates school), the Regal, all of Manton (for hygene reasons)
  • ALL OF THEM OBVIOUSLY!!!
  • Worksop College (yes this is from a ex pupil) Manton
  • GT Sports.
  • The Flats on Prospect Hill.
  • The Netto Eyres
