  • music mania is pretty much the best for underground music, theyv got all the good old music (the best music of course) for nice and cheap, they buy and sell, and the guy who owns it is a legend, of course if you want shitty new music at a tenner a cd theres hmv
  • resident in Brighton. There is a record shop in worthing center, close to the piercing place Flux, it has quite a good selection of cds and viynals and will order stuff for you.
  • MVC is your best bet
  • pureplastic records near stein gardens, good choons man
  • Revolutions @ 67 Victoria Road is a fabulous LP warehouse. It's not a shop but you can make an appointment to visit and view the stock of 30,000 LPs. Tel. 01903 209553

  • theirs a good place next too hobo, near stene gardens.
  • rounder records to buy your interdance tapes from sterns!
  • MVC's alright I guess....
  • music mania is the best independant music shop (possibly the only one)from the centre of town go towards west till the pedestrianised bit finishes then turn left towards the sea pass the piercing shops and its on your right.
  • Open House Records-Only vinyl store in town and mainly sells cheese, prog/tribal house with the occasional trancey or breaks tune
  • Pretty limited - HMV - I think...but if you find teville gate - the boy racers always have their music blaring.
  • There is a great obscure music place (sheet and cds etc) on Crescent Street, next to the Sally Army - can't remember the name though!
  • Mcreadys - mostly avant garde stuff
  • Music Mania - Superb stock, lots of rare stuff and pretty cheap all round. Oh yeah and LPs for £1.
  • There's a place on the road next to the Litten Tree pub which is a good second hand shop. The name escapes me unfortunately!
  • Rounders
  • music mania- west buildings somewhere near zoo jewelery.they sell practically everything music wise and loads of alternative music aswell and they r a darn sight cheaper than MVC...
  • Pure PLastic records is run by russel & leo who have been putting on sitting pretty in various clubs accross the country during their time on earth. They are two very sorted blokes who know their stuff.   • Sitting Pretty have a cool shop for DJs near the Steyne.
