- "Dappy" who works in the local onestop. everybody nos her!!!!!
- The man I've seen riding a unicycle around Yateley - it takes a lot of guts to do such a thing in Yateley!
- Fred was a class character - used to frequent the Oak and drink Gold Label by the pint.....did a wonderful "beep beep" type noise when in the vicinity of an attractive lady.

- Buskers don't appear to exist down here, it's far too prosperous. Besides, people are so Thatcherite, materialistic and money-motivated down here that I'm surprised they don't all apply for government grants to become self-employed 'public service musicians', playing Celine Dion and Britney Spears tunes to their adoring public.
- Only 1 guy who walks up and down the high street with his armchair, and then watches the traffic go past!
