• It's so cut off from everywhere else. If you live in Yateley, there is a very high likelihood that you will never leave Yateley and the village as a whole is bloody narrow minded and nothing ever changes.
• The BOREDOM!!! There is truly nothing to do in Yateley except drink.
• One Stop! Over priced goods, dirty shelves and misserable staff and management.
• every friday and saturday night the parents with children throw there kids out onto the streets to get drunk and cause a nuisance and damage. the best places to see this happen are outside the one stop and kentucky fried chicken in yateley or on the village green where they trash the kiddies playground and throw the empty beer bottles around. dont expect to see any police walk around the areas as they only drive past in there cars. oh there is a nice sssi called yateley common shame about the multitude of off rad bikes that churn it up every weekend and after school
• large ammount of people who want to fight you for no rfeason *cough* manor park drive* if you do anything stay out of there

• I had the misfortune of being on a coach with people from Yately recently, they were from the Dog & Partridge. They were the worlds biggest geeks and their sense of humour is only matched by their dress sense - both non-existant. But the worst thing by far was the accent. Honestly, the worst accent I've ever heard - a monotone cockney-esque drawl that ripped through my whole body and was only made worse by the inane drivel being spouted by these white socked mongs.
• Expensive, rubbish pubs
• Realising the fact you may have to buy something from a yateley shop then facing the horrible reality that you are helping the towns economy.
• PC shops.
• It's like a set from the Evil Dead.
• Yateley School. Pikies. Penny Hill caravan site (actually just outside Yateley and next to where Milly Dowler was found murdered). Maybe Milly Dowler was murdered by a Penny Hill pikie?
• Teenagers aged between about 12 and 17 who linger annoyingly outside 'Simon's Video Shop', think they're cool or something! Honestly, isn't there anything better to do than stand outside a row of shops everynight from about 8 pm onwards. They even do it in the day sometimes. Now thats sad...

• Feeble public transport for stranded teenagers & non-drivers. Unprovoked attacks and violencem to want to create excitement for themselves because they don't think there's anything else to do.
• Boredom
• This town is racist, small minded, boring, and breeds yobs.......
• PIKIES wanna B pikies, Grungers oh and those people who think they are gods gift lets face it none of you will ever leave yateley and if you do it'll probebly be in an ambulance
• Yateley is a fine line town between gypsy and old people i dont particullarly like either of them the pikies have seemed to have invented there own distant language which resembles some for of english but with new words such as MUSH, DAWDY maybe this new formm of comunication makes up for there obvious lack of inteligance. And as for the old folk i never have seen the reason why we should love them as they drive round on there moterised tornado 3000 scooter and genrally talk of how shit it is i rode past 1 such person who stood smiled at me then shouted WHY DON'T U RIDE ON THE FUCKING ROAD" this has made me fuked off wiv all people ove rthe age of 60 in yateley
• As a highly intelligent tarmacadamist, heather- wrapper -upper -in tin -foil who also has skills in fortune tellingandChristmas tree selling , I think the Pikey reference to Manor Park rather unfair mushy chav! I am starting up a home delivery service providing cut-off latex leggings that enhance tatoos on ankles for the locals if any one is interested
• Manor Park Drive and its transient residents
• Walking into One Stop and finding all the shelves empty. Then, seeing how damn miserable all the staff are. Old men that shout at you for no reason. It happens. Yateley at night, after pub closing on Friday. Well dodgy!!!
• Noone stops at any level crossings, ever.
• yateley's a nice town but the only problem is the pikies who live down manor park drive.
• Being under age and spending every friday night down the green swigging cider... mmmmm Diamond White... doesn't get much worse.

• Does everyone have to own a 4x4 down here, I mean, it's hardly the Appalachian Mountain range is it? Most off-roaders come fitted with puny children in back seat as standard, with the driver's arrogant sneers as optional extras. BMW's are even more populous than even Mondeo's or Vectra's, but nobody actually owns them, as they're all company cars, driven by snotty little sales reps in fake Ralph Lauren shirts, recently purchased at Blackbushe Sunday Market - pity rhey never learnt to drive properly.
• Boredom. It's a dormitory town so nothing goes down of an evening and we've got those TV cameras everywhere now watching your every snog behind the bushes. What a cow, man!
