I have just traced my relatives back to Kingswear in the 1700s... Are there any BROOKS 'ARNOLD' or 'HOOPER' out there? My ancestor Arnold Brooks moved to Plymouth St Andrew around 1812...He had a ship called the AUGUSTA....The Brooks family appear to have been mariners/pilots. Thanks, juliastephen@hotmail.com
