  • Re: Fancy owning a football club? by Dani Sacco (Member 129226) on 7-Dec-07
What a great idea. Ive signed up and with a few like minded people we could do it. Being able to buy and manage our own soccer team from the lower league, picking the team every week and watching our dreams come true.

  • Re: Looking for fish monger by the name of Hoggman by Klaus Vanderbaus (Member 191397) on 2-Mar-06
No actaully it was a terrier. Have you seen David in the television program?

  • Re: Looking for fish monger by the name of Hoggman by david callan (Member 134169) on 3-Mar-06
I'm a bit worried about this bird flu thing at the moment. Only this morning I took six eggs out of the fridge and I swear one of them sneezed! still, it might just have a chill, after all, it has been in a fridge. Perhaps I'm worrying over nothing. Makes you think though.

  • Re: Looking for fish monger by the name of Hoggman by david callan (Member 134169) on 15-Sep-06
Just to let you know, the egg died.We did all we could.... so so sad...

  • Re: Looking for fish monger by the name of Hoggman by Hans Beanz (Member 212414) on 13-Oct-06
I is knowing this man,I have seen him wearing da socks and sandles along the beach,he look very similar to the 118 man on ze television.Klaus is right he has been on television once before,he must be a local celebrity of some sort.

  • Re: Looking for fish monger by the name of Hogstien by Herbert TheTurbot (Member 208285) on 17-Oct-06
I have seen the 118 man you is talking about. David "Stuff my gut with Oysters till I spurt like a whale" Hoggman. He was on the tele box with Mrs Susan and the person with the small doggy walking. His crazy fashion footwear is rugged with large plastic cushion soles and Jesus strapages. Poor Mr Callan's eggy passing on, eat the sucker, go on wolf down the yolk.

  • Re: Looking for fish monger by the name of Hoggman by Klaus Vanderbaus (Member 191397) on 18-Oct-06
I is liking the fashion crazy sandals but I is thinking that this wether we are havings is likely to rusultage in sogging socks wis de rain coming through stragage onto sock meterial. Here in Deutchland we like wearing socks wis our sandal but only in goot wether. I is having sturdy action man sandal with thik rubber soles with lots of cushion and elastostrapages, very comfort.

Alternatively go out to a local pub meet everyday normal people and don't pay these horrible rip off companies that charge you to fix you up with someone you won't like. Advertising your so called services clogs up our village boards so go find yourself a proper job!

Hi there, no real rock pubs or bars round Whitstable sadly enough, not that I know of anyway!. I quite often drink in the Fountain where a lot of hippie/grunger types drink. They have live music down there on occasionals, Subway Sounds with hip hop or other bits of music. The Smack and Neptune frequently has live music too. Lynsey
