I wonder if any older residents of Hackney can remember a pub called "The Dew Dragon" (maybe not the correct spelling) As a Teenager during the 50s we used to travel up from Canvey Island Essex every Sunday morning to see the lunch time show put on by a group of female impersonators. I have checked on the pub list for Hackney and cannot find it.
