Eric, Only just read your message. Ray's mother's tel number is (uk) 01789 763551. She should be able to help. My parents know Ray and they will speak to him next time they see him. Apparently Ray has moved out of Alcester and has something to do with the Enfield Motorcycle owners club. Please feel free to contact me if I can help in anyway. Cheers. Genealogy by Elizabeth Garstin (Member 8350) on 2-Aug-00
We were recently in Alcester, looking for the burial place and date of my great aunt - Maria Parkes and/or her husband W.W.(Willie) Parkes. The last correspondence that the family saved was written in 1935. At that time they lived at Overslea Green Farm. We were told that this is now a housing development and a golf course. We were also told that a Christine Tolman was in charge of the church records. If someone could please put us in touch >>more

  • Re: Genealogy by andy blundell (Member 50649) on 14-Jun-01
in addition to being assistant town clerk, Christine Tolman is also a police officer. Despite that she's OK. You can contact her at the local police station (sorry don't have the number handy)
