hi everyone - i hope someone can help me with this query. Way back in 1967/68 i worked for Aer Lingus (Irish International Airlines) in their Great Marlborough St. London offices. Our Supervisor was a Rene Holman and there was a very funny girl called Veronica Dodd or Dodds. We called her Ronnie. I think she told me her father had connections to Portadown in N.Ireland. There was also a girl t here called Rita Grant who came from Londonderry. I'd love to connect with any of these colleagues from that time before father time calls time on yours truly :) Ronnie used to say she either lived in Bow or Bromley or Bromley by Bow.....Nothing like a wee bit of confusion to help matters eh :) Hoping these few details set some bells ringing in someone's memory. I am looking for an old friend who will now be in her 60's. She used to live in a council house in the Mottingham Estate. She worked for a while in B & Q, and for a while was a memeber of the local baptist church. She was tall, had a son at home who eventually went to live with his Dad. I would love to see her. Reply
